Project Summary

Phase VI Students Residential Accommodation project has provided an additional high quality 1,359 en-suite rooms in 17 blocks plus 37 studio flats. The buildings are arranged to avoid a barrack-like impression of rigid rows and ranks. The arrangement allows several defined views through and across the site and is arranged to underplay the large number of units to be built. The roofline of each building is also stepped to lessen the 'crowding' effect.
