Project Summary

This is a modern redevelopment scheme which delivers a community health centre, health authority offices and housing in one densely planned mixed use building. This project forms part of Brent Council and Metropolitan Housing Trust's wider programme of regeneration for the Chalkhill area and it is intended that the new building will be a focus for the neighbourhood to build its own identity and community spirit.
