Work has begun on a 62-bed care home in Basingstoke for Castleoak Partnerships. The home at Marnel Park is the first of a series of six confirmed, pre-let Barchester care home development projects, which Castleoak will source, deliver and manage during 2010 and 2011.
Managing Director of Hillingdon Flooring, Darrell Carey, commented “We are excited to be working with Castleoak who have developed their expertise and since 1996 worked exclusively in the care sector”.
“With the growing need for care for the elderly, this is an opportunity for Hillingdon Flooring to increase our presence in this expanding market”.
